Resources for Families
One of the most important things you can do for children is encourage a love of learning.
The more children learn, the happier and more confident they are, and the more positive their experience when they start school – so get involved as much as you can.
There are lots of exciting things you can do at home or when you are out, making learning enjoyable for everyone!
Here are resources that are full of activities you and your children can do together every day – and they can easily fit into your daily routine.
Places like Scitech, the WA Museum, Perth Zoo and Kings Park all run fun educational programs and events during the year, and are great family outing options. Local councils run recreation centres that have a range of programs and activities for children of all ages.
